Packaging & Shipping Fees

• Please contact the Web site Order Processing Department via email at onlinestore@dallascog.org to report any defective Audio Cassette Tape or CD within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an audio replacement or refund. We will be glad to view our records of your previous order should you desire a refund in place of a CD or tape.
• Please do not return your order unless directed by the Web site Order Processing Department
• No CODs for return orders will be accepted
